(April 24, 2018, 10:43 am)Full disclosure: I have an office next to these guys. From a business standpoint, they have always been professional and even help us out when we are on travel (hold our mail, packages, etc.).
I never had an opinion on their service, but when a friend asked if I had any recommendations for elderly/home health care type of service, I told them about Comfort Keepers. For the sake of privacy, I will leave his name out of it, but I just wanted to make sure that I left a review based on the feedback I received.
Comfort Keepers has time and time again impressed. Not only do they provide the health care side, but their people genuinely care about their patients. I know one thing that my friend's dad loves are the trips out to the parks in Gainesville. I am glad to have recommended them. -

The caregiver staff truly cares about their clients and they go above and beyond to provide the best quality in home care. The office staff excels not only in customer service, but they also makes time to communicate with potential and current clients ensuring they understand their home care options.

The Comfort Keepers plan was tailored to my loved ones needs. She has more independence now and is doing well. We couldn't do it without Comfort Keepers. I would definitely recommend Comfort Keepers.
