  I had a great time at auto connection ELISA Amato was great. She works fast and explained everything to me in deep details for every question I had. She put her all into my situation to get me into a car. I would recommend this place and request that you ask for ELISA IF YOU DIDN'T SEE IT ABOVE.   My husband and I was stuck in a bind with our current vehicle and needed a car . We was referred to Auto Connect and after the bad luck we were having we came across Nelson . Words can’t describe how he went above and beyond to help us get a vehicle . We never felt like it was a “ Dealer “ situation as if we was buying from a friend . I have never met someone so honest and hard working to make sure his customers get what they need . We are beyond grateful that we came across this dealer and most of all that we had the pleasure of doing business with Nelson . Thank you again for everything Nelson you truly have been a blessing to my husband and I .

  Let me tell about Nelson.. He was so friendly and knowledgeable... The customer service is above and beyond... I had awful experiences thos last week and didn't even want to show up.. From the time we got out of the car, We were greeted and it made us feel so welcomed, You never know what simple Hello can do to a persons experience..Nelson YOU ROCK MY FRIEND...
  We were also greeted and congratulated by Tony The Finance Manager and Jay The Sales Manager who work very hard and fast to get us the loan and payments we needed.. Tony and Jay That you for treating us like family..
  Last but not least Paul.. You did amazing job on the detail... You made the car look and smell great.. Keep Smiling Paul because that is one of your best features.. All four of these guys really cared about helping us,Dealerships are cold and can never answer a question without running to a manager... Not this place Nelson did his part answered all questions,Loan Department did their part and we signed.. Again Thanks to Nelson, Jay, Tony and Paul..

  OK so even though I was there for so many hours and ready to walk out ,(Well it was my first time ever buying a car.) it was actually a good , funny experience. The customer service was awesome.. Kelvin was my salesman he was very cool and easy.. I also worked with jay D who was great and very funny. So I was mad for being there so long but he did make the Many hours worth the wait... And I drove off the lot , I would actually recommend others to them !!!!!

  Great Service from Michele Morgan, Terrance Harris, Chris and Diane. I have been to many dealerships to buy cars in the past and Auto Connections have really excited my expectations. I still can't believe how fast the whole process took. I also like that they will give you a 90 warranty on most cars even if the factory warranty have expired.
