(December 14, 2022, 1:48 pm)I have been attending Coastal for the last month and it has most definitely exceeded my expectations. I was frightened to actually start for several months. Once I pulled the trigger on going, I have been attending consistently and enjoy going. The workouts are challenging but doable to complete. My physical energy has improved both within working out and overall. I feel more confident that I can make healthy lifestyle shifts, lose weight, gain muscle and strength over time. Will and Diego have been great with helping me get adjusted. I would highly recommend Coastal for anyone but especially if you are a little intimidated about attending the gym in general.
(November 16, 2022, 12:14 pm)I have been attending classes at Coastal Strength & Fitness since January of 2020. It's been an amazing journey thus far. The coaching and people make this a gym that I can highly recommend. The workouts are tough but achievable. The coaching is top-notch for the exercises and includes nutrition coaching. Accountability is a recurring theme. The gym itself is welcoming. Overall, there is everything you need to get in shape and lose that weight!
(November 14, 2022, 6:54 am)I've been going to Coastal for a little over a year now. The amount of accountability that not only the coaches hold you to, but the other members is phenomenal. The staff is so friendly and personable. The members are equally inviting, which is great if you are shy like me and generally feel uncomfortable in public. This is not your average gym! 10/10 would recommend.
(August 4, 2022, 1:50 pm)I have been a Coastal Strength & Fitness member approaching 2 months now; this is my first time ever joining a fitness center. What an absolutely overall positive and personal stirring experience this has been! Never once have I been made to feel like the “out-of-shape newbie”, instead, I have been welcomed by coaches and members alike. The professional coaches demonstrate and explain what the intent of each exercise is that helps me focus on progress over perfection. The environment here is friendly, supportive, educational and energized! I’ve chosen the right community to begin my transformation.
(June 15, 2022, 8:08 am)I really have only great things to say about this gym. You get individualized attention in a small group setting. The coaches are extremely attentive and really want to see you succeed. The whole gym is just so supportive. They also offer extra services like nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals. Coastal is great for every part of your fitness journey whether you are just starting or you are pushing yourself. It is honestly such a great experience and I have loved every single workout. If you are thinking about joining, sign up. You won't regret it!
