American Freight Furniture and Mattress

I normally don’t write reviews but on this one I had to.

Micheal the store manager and his staff were very professional and helpful.
My daughter just moved to her first apartment and we had no idea how we were going to afford it. However the prices were so reasonable we were able to get what we needed and still had money left.
This furniture store is a must see. I am proud that we are part of their family.

I went to AF in Newport News with my daughter to get furniture for her new apartment. The customer service was impeccable. My daughter can be indecisive and the staff was very patient and helpful with her decision making. AF will definitely be my first choice for future purchases.

Had an amazing experience coming into this American Freight, you can tell that the manager and staff aren't just selling to sell. They really take their customers needs into consideration and meet their visions. I was able to find furniture for my new apt that I am happy with and that lasts! Will definitely go here again.

Had a wonderful experience each time I have visited. I purchased a mattress and box spring set. While the warehouse guys were loading I realized the mattress was too thin for my liking. Patrick didn't get upset that he had to untie and unload my previous mattress. He was very professional and was actually laughing at my previous selection. He walked me inside and assisted me with an upgrade on a mattress. Loaded and tied down the mattress without any complaints. I have recommended this place and will return for future purchases.

This is my second time buying from American Freight here in Newport News. The folks here really do their due diligence in helping me with my furniture needs. I’ve been very happy with the service and the quality of the furniture. Mike was superb at making the payment plan and scheduling the delivery as smooth as possible. Great people, great service.
