Very friendly staff. It's small and intimate. Still when you come, plan on spending a little time. For a store of its size, they're crammed with merchandise. Nick who's a jack of all trades does quite a bit with computers. He was willing to work with me on my birthday and he took a little bit off of a Toshiba laptop that I still have to this day. Best is an ideal place for that one of a kind gift item; this is particularly the case when it comes to musical instruments. So when you can't find it on eBay or craigslist, you might try checking out Best.

Have to say they really are top notch, I called them and even over the phone they made me feel comfortable, I will definitely use them on future pawn and sales.

What most people don't recognize is how low resale of jewelry is, but that's not their fault. The nice woman who helped me quoted the same that I was offered at every other pawn shop. I decided not to sell at that moment but that was not their fault.
I would go there again.
