Had a chair received and it was a beautiful job. I love my chair. James River Interiors is going to redo another chair for me.

I took my baby furniture that I had 29yrs and had it re-upholstered and when I tell you they made these look brand new! The detail in every chair!! This is where you take your furniture to be restored!! And the lady is super nice and respectful of your requests. I was at work and she took her time to bring me my furniture because I couldn't pick it up!! Just AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Our new puppy ripped a huge tear in a relatively new chase lounge that is part of a 4 section sleeper couch....the manufacturer no longer sells this unit in the material that ours is made.....James River Interiors was vey able to recover the torn pillow top using material from the rear of the chase lounge and then was able to match up new material for that rear section that is extremely close in matching up with the material.....impossible to see a repar was made, restuffed the pillow, cleaned and sanitized the chase....I could go on extolling their virtues!!!

and most importantly, they get me a written estimate, stuck to it no additional costs.....and finally, they said that the repair could take 2 weeks....I think we had the chas lounge back in 4 days, and.....most importantly....my wife is satisfied!
