Dr. Brian J. Billings, MD

Dr. Billings was absolutely marvelous. Very calm and comforting. Very patient and took a lot of time talking with me afterwards. He was not in any kind of hurry. I appreciated how he treated me. Monica roomed me. She was marvelous, friendly and professional. I would have rated this with five stars except for the LPN who works with Dr. Billings, Pam LPN, was absolutely horrible to me. No bedside manner. She was extremely rude. She kept rushing me. I walk with a cane and I have a difficult time moving my left leg. I’m a bit slow but not that slow. She was giving me orders like a drill sergeant. I finally told her I have to take my time because I can’t really move my left leg. She was very cold, unfriendly, and really trying to rush me. I did speak to her about it. She definitely needs customer service training. One day she won’t be so fast and she will need somebody to help her and to be patient with her.
But let me repeat again, Dr. Billings is fabulous.

Dr.Billings is one doctor I do trust and trust is a strong word , he did my surgery over 11yrs ago and everything went very good , great attitude, manner and break everything down in details , I am now back in his hand to see what is going on with me because everyone else's don't know.

Dr.Billings has a great bedside manner and explains procedures and recovery in detail. Only critique, the nursing staff should return calls in the event there is an emergency.

Good surgen but he needs to be more patient during q and a. Always in a hurry. Needs to over-communicate better. In other words sit with the families, dont stand acting like you are rushing. Give them ample time.
