Winston Townhouses

I have lived in Winston Place for 2 years with my family. The property manager, Kim Frost is an excellent person and she is there to address and solve any problems for the tenants. I should also mention the maintenance guy, Truff who is very fast at solving problems. The grounds are also well maintained and I would say this place is very suitable for families and the neighbors are also decent. We never had any issues with loud music or gunshot (which is very common in Newport News) and we always felt safe there. My daughter enjoyed the playground and the nearby parks. This apartment complex probably offers the best price for townhouses in Newport News and close to everything. I will definitely recommend small families to stay at this Winston Place.

So far, so good. No complaints. Ms.Kim is the sweetest property manager. I love my townhouse so far. The maintenance team is quick to respond to my issues and answer any questions I may have. The townhouse is spacious. I love my neighbors they are truly awesome. The only complaint would be the parking. Sometimes I smell the smoke through my vents but it comes with apartment living. Its very convenient to just about everything. Its a hidden gem.

My leasing agent and maintenance man are amazing.... very clean property..... no issue with pests.... if there is a maintenance problem it gets fixed Immediately ✨💯
