This is a very quiet place to live. Previous management were very strict with all tenants regarding to cleanliness of the patios for a better look of the community as well as keeping the houses power washed very often if there was any visible sign of mold but that changed now with the new management that take over the place which is a little disappointed but overall is still good for living.
I lived in this place 13 years ago, it was always quiet, Clean, there were never problems, good neighbor's, The place is safe to live, now Latinos have moved that sometimes bother with loud music, it is the only thing that bothers.
I went to talk to whoever was in the management office, but found it locked and closed! There was a phone number for a management company next to the door, so I called it. I asked a question, and the receptionist said she'd have someone else call back to answer that question. So I hung up, and drove around the park! It looked quite nice, but I did notice that there weren't any smaller trailers there, like what I live in. While that doesn't quite answer my question, I did get a sense that my small trailer wouldn't be super welcome!
We have lived here for 10 Years and I love it. It is quite and very safe to live here if we have a problem in the night person on call he will come very fast. When the lighting hit our home the security on duty was there to help us. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our neighbors are awesome. We all get alone with each other.
I've been in this park for about six years now. It's a quiet community and you actually get to know some of your neighbors. My friend's and I walk for exercise as do others at any time of the day or night and actually feel safe. The police occasionally come through just got presence-and on a rare occasion if something happens. The beauty of living here is that we own our homes and take pride in that. There are rules to help enforce neighborhood pride in case someone forgets. The manager is friendly and really gets to know each of us. It's a great fresh start for many people. Some stay a long time and others save money N.Y. being here and then move on. I'm a nurse and we have many professionals living here as well as our retired homeowners. There is security on duty even through the night and will respond quickly if there is a need. We take pride in our little community. You'll have to come and see.
