I have a new pet dog and visit this pet smart for food and other things for him. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable here. I guess 1 person who I was getting help from is a manager and 1 other guy as well. They answer all the questions I ask and are very kind.

PetSmart in Levittown, LI NY is one of my favorites and I am lucky enough to live right by it. Not that the others aren’t any good but this one is always clean, organized, stocked shelves and consistently has available help in tome of need. If the line starts to grown on check out the immediately open additional registers. There is always a manager who is willing to answer all your questions thoroughly as are the associates. My only one little grip could be that the cart situation is a bit annoying at times. But when you walk in the door if there is not a cart available and you didn't see any in the parking lot mention to a mgr or associate and they will run out and get you one. They are extremely helpful and pleasant. I also feel that they have the best most competitive prices available in the area
