(September 13, 2022, 9:10 am)I LIVE here! I like the fact that they allow sheds that they have to approve of 1st, and also have spaces for full-timers in RVs. The only complaint I have so far is that, when they choose to shut off the water for repairs to the pipes, they do not give you any advance warning!! Otherwise, I recommend this place...

I’ve stayed long term in multiple RV parks before across the country and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. The staff and ownership is incredibly friendly and understanding. The park GM is a huge part of the community and is very involved in the grounds. It is safe and friendly and the rate ($450/mo) is the best you will find in the area BY FAR. Absolutely would recommend. Thanks Davis Mobile Home park for a great living experience!
