I suffered a catastrophic engine failure at the light just outside of the Garage. The engine started just long enough to park in the parking lot, and That was when I was treated to THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EXPERIENCED SINCE MY TIME IN THE MILITARY IN JAPAN! I was greeted by “Terry”, the manager. He offered the diagnostic first, and I agreed. I then met my Technician, “ KEVIN”, who once the problem was found he and Terry spoke to me and explained exactly what they had found. The time and temperament of these two professionals was incredible. My vehicle was diagnosed, repaired and presented back to me all in a responsible and respectable manner. These two fellas make it happen. This garage moves them in and out! Highly efficient, clean and again very respectable! If you are looking for superb customer service, then this Big Als, is for you. I called Saturday morning to have my exhaust manifold and my tie-rod replaced on the driver's side.
I spoke with Chris he told me they could do it but may take a few days. I was like okay no problem. Dropped it off Saturday at 8:30 and got it back by 1:15. I checked out my truck No exhaust leak and it was quiet. I paid around 350. Only thing they didn't give Military discount. The timely service was awesome.

Came here after another shop up messed up my tips 3 times in a row and another shop up the street turned me down because I had an aftermarket catalytic converter. The guys took my car, pulled it in ahead of everyone else and had me good as new within an hour. Honestly this is the one place to go for any custom work. Real great customer service from all the guys here.

The manager Kevin and the mechanic (can't remember his name) went above and beyond to get my niece's car fixed in a timely manner. Also the cost was lower than what was quoted. Will definitely go back if/when I need to.
