Cassidy's plumbing was sent out by Home Serve to repair my AC. They did a great job, the techs were prompt, professional and cleaned up their work area. My AC is an older unit and the part they needed was not manufactured anymore. They kept me updated and took the time to source a universal part that worked like a charm.

Great experience! Charles and his crew are very professional and a great value. I started out just wanting a small repair done but ultimately decided to have a cast iron tub replaced, shower surround replaced as well as the shower valve, drain and all the plumbing underneath the house replaced. This was my decision to have done, I was not talked into doing more by Cassidy's Plumbing but valued there opinion and input. They did a great job of removal and installation and did it in a timely manner. Charles, the owner, checked in on the job periodically and ensured we were pleased before completion. Highly recommend this company for any job, big or small.
