He then directed me to another store where they had it in stock --- went out of his way to call ahead of time to the store manager to first check that the item was there and could they please hold it for me. My only disappointment was that we typically receive a receipt which includes a discount on the next hair cut. I guess I took for granted our receipt would include this, but found later that it didn't. Not sure if they've stopped doing this, but I think it's a great idea.”
