“Latesha Bailey is an awesome employee! I called in advance to pick some medical records up and I got to the location at 4:28 P.M. I called and tried to open the front door but it was lock. So by this time I'm standing outside by the entrance hoping somebody would answer me or even ask to see what I'm there for. At 4:32 P.M a representative that worked there walked from the side door, made eye contact with me and then kept walking. I asked could she assist me, she didn't. At 4:34 P.M I gave up and was frustrated because at this time people are leaving the building. I walk back to my car and start to get in my vehicle. The following minute, Latesha Bailey came out to asked me did I need help. I told her I was here to pick up medical records that were left at the front desk for me. She asked for my name and went to grab them. She came back in less than 2 minutes. I wanted to highlight her because even when I showed up basically 2 minutes before closing time, noone bother to even see my purposes for being there. She was the only one who showed empathy and concerned enough "After Hours" to ask me what I was outside waiting for. Employees like this deserve alot of recognition because these are the ones who truly show their line of work is more than a job or career. She is invested and really helping people. This was on Oct 2nd.”
