“I lived in a two bedroom townhouse at Earle of Warwick from 2018-2021. I absolutely loved my townhouse…we only moved out because we bought a house. The area is great! Very safe and quiet, plus it’s super close to lots of stores and restaurants. The townhouse itself was pretty spacious and we had a good amount of storage for an apartment. It was also very nice to have outdoor space. The office and maintenance were always professional and we never had any issues with them. Also had no problems moving out…we got back most of the security deposit (had some broken blinds we had to pay for, but that was fair since we broke them). Yes, the apartments are a little more dated in style and appliances aren’t super new, but they are very clean and you can’t beat the value/price.”

“When my husband and I move back to Virginia from Indiana we will try to re-rent from Mulder Realty if there are openings. Very pleased! My husband and I discovered mold all throughout the kitchen of the home we were paying $1450 a month for, caused by a mistake in manufacturing of the home. When we brought it up to Jeff, he sent his maintenance men over to just paint over the mold with "kilz". I told them that would not suffice and then I demanded a professional mold remediation company come in for an inspection or I would seek legal action to break our lease. Jeff immediately contacted just the right person for the job. I cannot say whether it was the actual home-owner or Mulder who fit the bill, but I can say that they coordinated a professional crew to come in and do almost a total kitchen renovation for us. I was overall very pleased with my experience with Mulder realty. At first I too, along with many other people, thought the front desk woman was rude until I invited her into my home to look at the mold. They saw how well we were keeping up the place and she just adored how I decorated the house. I then came to realize she probably deals with a lot of headaches from people working in rental homes, and that job requires her to just be a little extra spicy sometimes. (Let's face it, we all are guilty of being a little extra spicy at times) Jeff and the woman are very respectful individuals who deserve the same respect. They are very friendly too, whenever we would see Jeff in town driving his jeep he would always wave to us. I come from a VERY small town in Indiana so having someone finally wave at me while at a stoplight made my day a couple times and made the city feel a little more like home. After I finish school college and we move back to Virginia we will definitely be keeping and eye out to see if our home on Galahad is available to rent again from Mulder Realty. Jeff, if you are reading this I hope you both are staying safe and healthy!”

“I am very happy, here what ever problems we had here were taken care of when we reported them and I can't expect every thing to be perfect, but I have to admit my apartment here is pretty darn close, every thing I needed whas provided air conditioning, kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer combination in our kitchen just like in Europe. I have yet to enjoy there amenities yet like the work out center or the pool but I have a feeling they are also going to be awesome. Thanks Tia”

“I've lived out here in Forrest Pines Since 2012 And I Just Love It Here. Never Have I Ever Had An Issue With Anything. The Staff Is Very Nice And WELCOMING !!!! Kai And Myra Are Wonderful And Such A Joy To See When Ever I Enter The Office. Never Had An Issue With Bugs Or Rodents.
