Their mechanic, Paul, expertly adjusted brakes and shifters to compensate for cable stretch in first month of use. We highly recommend Conte's Bike Shop in Newport News for their knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind staff. PS - Take a look at the Electra Townie 7D with flat foot design technology that allows you to easily stop and start while seated. Very safe and comfortable for seniors and those with mobility limits.”
