He then directed me to another store where they had it in stock --- went out of his way to call ahead of time to the store manager to first check that the item was there and could they please hold it for me. What a class act operation -- first class customer care.”

“Wonderful stay. They really emphasize on smoker's courtesy so if you're a smoker keep in mind you'll need to be 100 ft. Away from the building or in your car. Exceptional customer service, I was highly impressed. The rooms are well kept, clean, and in amazing comfort. During this time, all of that is important. All staff members were kind-hearted and willing to help. I highly enjoyed my stay. The walls are not sound-proof what so ever so if you have a noisey neighbor you may need to play some music but that's life, no hotel is perfect. This one goes above and beyond for it's great price ($80).”

Not only am I paying about average for the size I got, but almost all the other places were outside. This one is in a climate controlled building on ground level! So simple, the young lady who helped me, saw me flustered. I had tried to reserve a unit at another place and they gave my unit away before I got there... And had to store things bc we were moving to temporary housing... She got me through everything easily and quickly. Walked me back to the unit to make sure it was to my liking. Thanks for making a nightmare a bit easier!”

My only disappointment was that we typically receive a receipt which includes a discount on the next hair cut. I guess I took for granted our receipt would include this, but found later that it didn't. Not sure if they've stopped doing this, but I think it's a great idea.”

I just discovered the wheat bread option and I liked it better than the sub roll. I wish they wouldn't put cucumber on tuna though, at least when you ask them nicely.
