  I pick up guests for my hotel from there fairly often and the staff there are alwaus extremely warm and friendly. I can only assume that demeanor is magnified for actual recipients of their services.

  Company was great. Installed new roof. Finished in one day. Good quality product and workmanship. Cleaned up nails and came next day to check for nails. Would recommend.

  I had a leak that I couldn't seem to get fixed. Eventually I called Pyramid and they were able to explain and figure out what the problem was almost right away. I wish I had called them first. They were also quick to get the work scheduled and on time to get it done. I will definitely be using them anytime I have roofing work that needs to be done.

  The staff was so understanding and helpful after we had a mechanical issue and had to get a tire flown in. They made sure we had everything we needed and continually checked in on us. This is why I love Signature at BFI. Thanks, Crew!

  Overall great experience. The entire team was professional, helpful and did a top-notch job. I will absolutely use them again. The finished roof looks fantastic, and the pricing is reasonable.

  I had suffered some roof damage during a storm with strong winds. I had seen Pyramid’s ad on television and gave them a call. They were quick to respond with an estimate and reasonable quote. The office was helpful with financing and after the work order was final the roof was scheduled and installed within two business days. They work crew arrived on time, worked professionally, and kept my yard picked up as they worked. The over all experience was great and I will use and recommend Pyramid roofing.

  I highly recommend Pyramid Roofing. Craig was very thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the inspection/quote process. The roofing team was amazing. They did an outstanding job in less than 4 hours! The roofing supervisor Dave went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. I had some minor issues with the gutter installation but Nick the gutter team supervisor made sure everything was taken care of. I have already recommended them to a coworker who needs a new roof. If you are looking for professional, high quality roof work, definitely call Pyramid roofing.
