  Outstanding, professional, friendly, family care. The best in Hampton Roads. All the way from the front desk (Maya) through the caring nurses, and the Lady Doctor (Natalie). Highly recommended for all of your medical needs (urgent or not). They will take care of you! Thank you EBUC! ?

  Excellent place to go if you need urgent care or suspect you need an xray which most Primary doctors can't provide. They are respectful, professional and compassionate. Explained my injury and showed me on a diagram of the body (for example, they showed a great diagram of the neck to me as I went in with neck pain). I had a relatively short wait in the waiting room (30 minutes- I was a Walk-In), and a quick wait in the exam room (just a couple of minutes). I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking Urgent Care.

  I highly recommend East Beach Urgent Care. I made the appointment online & was in & out (drive-thru) w/in minutes once I got there & text them that I was there. Outstanding communication! They said 5 days for the results. They call if it's positive & send you a link if it's negative.

  Yesterday was my 2nd ever trip to East Beach Urgent Care. The first time I had a good experience. The place was very clean, and the people working there they were very friendly. I have to say though, that yesterday’s visit was even better. It was a little busier but everyone was still calm, friendly and professional. Stacy Forbes-PA was awesome. Quick to diagnose and treat me, Knowledgeable and Caring. This place rocks! All the employees were great ? ?

  Came in because I hadn't been feeling well for a couple of days I was having sharp chest pain they immediately got me in... I think I waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back got an X-ray and labs done was in-and-out within 35 40 minutes, ended up having pneumonia, they called the medication in faster then it took me to pick it up... great service would definitely recommend!! All the staff was very nice!!
