  The care and concern shown to me by every single staff member I engaged with was beyond what I am used to. It’s a small and comfortable setting, and the most comfortable imaging process I’ve experienced. Seriously, I get a lot of imaging. This place is great because of the people and the environment.

  I’ve been here for 3 MRI’s. Always in and out super easy. I’m sorry I’m awful with names but the it’s always the same lady at the front and guy who does my MRI and both are awesome! Hopefully I won’t need any more of them but if I do I will ask to come here again.

  Great experience. Went for CT scan. They spread out appts so office isn’t packed with patients. Was in and out quickly. Front desk lady was very welcoming and doctors were detailed and showed a genuine level of care and concern.

  Was referred here for imaging, and results were very thorough. Received good care when I went here!

  Newish to VA beach and have not many good experiences at doctor offices when it comes to the attitudes of staff. I went to the Kempsville location twice within two weeks for a MRI recently. The technician performing the MRI was very nice, helpful and concerned when it came to my pain, asked if I needed assistance getting on/off the table and so on. The front desk staff were just as pleasant and helpful. Great overall personal experience. Also, very quick test results. Thank you to the staff at the Kempsville location.You all are greatly appreciated.
