5 Stars! Top Notch! There are not enough positive phrases I can use to describe my experience today with A to B. I called AAA for a car that needed to be towed to a mechanic. A to B was dispatched to my location. Not only was the response time very reasonable, but the employee Kenny was a dream. He was very personable, showed care and compassion for my situation, made great conversation all while still getting the job done, knowledgeable on car diagnosis, and so much more. He truly is allowing God to use him to bless others through this company. Irrespective of what roadside service I have, I will always remember this company because of Kenny and give them the best form of advertisement, which is word of mouth. I work in a service industry (healthcare) and know what excellent customer service and going above and beyond looks like. Thanks Kenny for being an example of what a good human being is! Keep up the great work.

Car battery died, called Honda roadside assistance and they sent them out at 10 PM! I knew I would probably need a new battery and asked Honda on the phone if whoever they sent could bring one, they said no. They pulled up, with a full truck of batteries and a great and happy attitude this late at night! Switched it out for me and paid the total, was super nice and QUICK!!! Saved me a trip of having to go in somewhere to get it done! Just moved to the area 2 days prior, definitely made me happy with the service, attitude, and timeliness that they helped me on my new move in. Will continue to use them moving forward for all my car needs. Thank you again!
