No more language barriers and showing up to get your hair done only to find someone else took your spot or they haven't finished the last girl, like you do at those other African shops. They are very professional, pay attention to detail, and really hip on what's in style so they know the look you're going for or can recommend something. Love that I can book an appointment right through Facebook and send my pictures, so there's no confusion. Ive been going here for 2 years now. When I first started going here they were cheaper than the African shops but now I believe they raised their prices and it's the same as everywhere else. They are usually pretty quick depending on what stylist you get. I would definitely recommend them. Only $25 deposit and flexible with scheduling.

(March 9, 2018, 3:38 pm)I have been having my hair braided by Jada consistently for the past 9 months. I have been growing out a short haircut and my hair is thriving! Jada is amazingly talented and cares about the health of her clients’ hair, INCLUDING their edges! Hope (the shop owner) is always very pleasant and her clients leave looking amazing! The ladies here are a pleasure to be around as well!
