Lorna bent over backwards to get us Homeowners Insurance quotes very quickly when we were under a time crunch. She explained things clearly and got back to me with the info just when she said she would! This is the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agency and I would recommend them to anyone!

We were in an unfortunate situation that lead us to the Lorna Wilson Agency. They were quick to listen to our issue and even quicker to provide a solution. Within a couple of hours our issue was resolved and a new policy signed accordingly. Highly recommend especially Barb who was a gem!

Recently I had an appointment to visit the development site where the building of my home is already in process, and wanted to obtain home insurance quotes from agencies in the neighborhood. I called three Home Insurance companies, within the vicinity two days prior. to set up the appointment. From the three different insurance agencies I called, this Farmers Home Insurance located in Haines City was the best reception welcome I received from the staff Donna who answered the phone-to the meeting of Ms. Wilson the Agent in her office.
When I arrived Ms. Wilson was with another client on the phone. While I waited, Donna offered me choices of beverages- it was a hot day and I appreciated her offer. Also, the office was welcoming and I felt relaxed in its ambience of Cleanliness, a well lit office, and the soothing music being played.
Soon afterwards Ms. Wilson approached and greeted me in such a professional, calm yet confident manner. I had many questions for her, and it was the full focus attention she presented to me as she Listened to my concerns, and again with confidence and her humble manner, she educated me with the information to all my questions. It was the friendly, patience, and respected manner she presented to this 65 y/o newly Retired Nurse, which moved me emotionally for being on the other side of receiving good care from another person. Nursing is not only to be in hospitals and Nursing Homes and Hospices, but should be in all avenues where living humans will cross and connect with each other.
I had visited two other agencies but was quickly dismissed with "I am sorry you are not qualified" from one of them, even before I had a chance of presenting my concerns.
Ms. Wilson, thank you for exercising such a humane professionalism towards me. Your staff are also so humble bless and ready to serve. Farmers Insurance need to know you are a very valuable asset to the entire Farmers Insurance Franchise.
