  My daughter and I were looking for a dermatologist for our skin and scalp care. My daughter did some research and found Karen Brace the Trichologist located at Virginia Dermatology in Norfolk, Virginia. It was a great experience from the waiting room, the receptionist was very welcoming and professional to the office. Karen Brace has so much knowledge I was thoroughly impressed. I would recommend this facility and Karen Brace to anyone! I give them 5 stars.

  The surgical experience and your team was excellent. One comment was the wait time after the first cutting. I was told it would be 45 min to 60 min. It turned out to be over 2 hrs. I understand you can't always keep with the planned schedule. It would have been helpful if you had kept us updated on major delays.

  One of the best and pleasant staff. The office is very beautiful. Dr. Masters is the greatest. His very knowledgeable and value my concerns. I have mild adult acne which is very annoying. But Dr. Masters provide a great action plan for my acne. I can finally say my skin is beautiful and glowing. I also recommend this office to my family members and friends. Hello beautiful skin!!! bye bye acne!!!

  My first visit to Virginia Dermatology couldn’t have been better. I was initially impressed with the facility itself but was soon more impressed with the caring attitude of the staff. EVERYONE I came into contact with was well mannered, courteous and professional. I saw Dr. Lisa Stirling and was put at ease by her. She is a very good listener, obviously very knowledgeable and we quickly came to a plan of action. She documented all the next steps and I left feeling very confident. And I’ve already recommended her to my wife who has been looking for a female derm.

  My first appointment was great. I appreciate the safety precautions during the pandemic. The front office has a very pleasant staff and they know their positions. All of my insurance questions were addressed and I felt so comfortable with that first impression. My first visit with the nurse and nurse practitioner was comforting also they did not make me feel bad about my skin and gave me options and hope to get my skin better. Thanks so much and I’ll be back soon.
