    Training Academy is a clean, safe and professional establish for girls and boys of all ages, gender and ethnicity to enhance their athletic goals.

    Everything one need to reach their level of play can be accomplished at the Training Academy.

    T.R.A.I.N Academy is highly recommended. My son has been training alongside Coach Ant for years and he will continue to do so. With a heavy emphasis on footwork, technique, and strength, my sons skills have drastically improved offensively and defensively. Through a combination of the hard work and dedication this program has taught and instilled my son, he is able to further his basketball career in college. T.R.A.I.N Academy has given my son the strength and training to help set himself apart from other players. This has helped him at a high school level and will help him compete at a collegiate level. Thank you TA!

    TRAIN Academy offers high level game situation training. Every workout is intentional and Coach Ant has an attention to detail that makes each session unique. Great experience!!

    This training facility has meets all of your training needs!! Whether it’s for basketball skills training or adult fitness workouts. TRAIN Academy is readily available to help you accomplish your goals!!!! Coach Ant is the best!

    TRAIN Academy is very welcoming, fully equipped facility. My children always look forward to the next training apt. I will recommend this facility to any one looking to take their skill to the next level. Each training session is unique and different from the next the next one.

introduce our T.R.A.I.N Academy program. This program is designed to provide designated male students with mentors that will take interest in their daily lives; provide monthly counseling sessions and group counseling events. Our initial pilot will consist of 10-15 students that are ready to be engaged.
