  The pool is nice. My kids take swim lessons here- affordable and the instructor is great. Pool temp is generally around 86 as listed on the board. Family showers and changing area in addition to women and mens.

  Wonderful fitness center and one of the many great amenities provided by the city of Norfolk for its residents. The cost is nominal. The training staff is excellent and the equipment is ample enough that you'll seldom have to wait for a dumbbell or a machine. Locker rooms are always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

  I really do love this facility, the pool is always comfortable, it's never too busy to get in a good exercise, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Free to use sporting equipment (included with cost of membership) and reasonable prices all factor in for a great experience. My only real gripe is the hours of operation. I do not understand why they are closed Sundays all together, which for a good majority of people is one of two days off and a convenient work out time. Also, the very early close time on Saturday, I love this place, and love my membership, and I don't know if there just isn't enough members yet or what, but I really do wish they'd consider that the weekend, for a lot of us, is a better work out day than the week days and thus it'd be very appreciated if they'd consider expanding their weekend hours. I know my desire to be able to go in at 2am after work is far fetched, but more weekend availability would be so wonderful. Other than that, for the price you pay here-it is soooo much better than Planet Fitness or other gyms and there is staff everywhere in case you need help.
