(March 7, 2021, 6:47 pm)I want to thank Budget's manager and staff for exceptional customer service and the constant “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs. Budget customer service, quality of rental cars , and the pleasant/ positive attitude are commendable. We returned the rental earlier than anticipated without recognizing penalties delineated within Expedia’s contract, yet the manager went above and beyond to make adjustments; which exceeded expectations. Again, thank you and look forward to conducting business with Budget in the future
