Excellent customer service, always gets me in and out quickly. The older gentleman at the desk I think he is the manager is always very helpful!

They were clear about what needed to be done and why and even took the extra step to show me the actual part from my car that needed to be replaced.
Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and they did a great job of scheduling me quickly and getting my car back to me ASAP.

I have been going to Big Al's Muffler and Brakes at Wards Corner on East Little Creek Road for years. They are 1st honest, which is really difficult to find, they're friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
They will not overprice you if you ask for a less expensive cure for your auto needs.
They are a little more pricey, but they back that up with a warranty and if the problem still exists, Big Al's will correct that at no charge.
I can count on 5 fingers irreputable (sp) garages and Big Al's Muffler and Brakes is not on that list.
