When we discovered that the new one was about 1" wider than the old one, he said "no problem", went to his truck, and came back with a stone saw. We cut the counter, and the new stove popped in. Full service, for sure.

He also talked to the insurance company on behalf of my mom. In my opinion, he went beyond what I’ve ever experienced from any other professional worker.
