  I was a client at the Little Creek location beginning in January 2022. I was somewhat apprehensive at first, but after meeting the therapists and having Sara work with me, everything went very well. I would recommend this location for anyone in need of therapy, and at some point I'm sure I will need to return for other issues. I can't say enough for the therapists and the employees. Really good experience.

  Cassandra Miller is such a kind , compassionate and caring physical therapist! She made sure I understood everything every step of the way. I wear hearing aids and I still can’t hear very well. She taught me so much about how muscles, tendons and bones work. All the exercises she taught me are helping me have a lot less pain. This review has been done on behalf of Christa Partin. Christa Partin was Ms. Miller’s patient and appreciates everything she helped her do. I would highly recommend Cassandra Miller and Phoenix Rehabilitation .

  Dr. Casey Miller is knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly skilled. I came in with wrist pain that had been developing for a while that was limiting my workouts and some daily activities. She was able to identify the issue quickly, and created an individually tailored treatment plan of exercises that addressed the issue at the source. I can’t recommend Casey and Phoenix PT enough!

  I have had many PT’s over the years. Most did little to improve my condition, however that’s not the case here. Casey Miller is nothing short of amazing!
  Her approach of really getting to Know her patients helps individualize a very unique hands on treatment plan, resulting in the highest level of recovery. I am convinced her unwavering dedication to my rehabilitation kept me from shoulder surgery and I am forever grateful.

  I am a past patient of Phoenix Physical Therapy under the care of Cassandra Miller. I had knee replacement, went to therapy, did what I was suppose to do, still did not recover the way that I had hoped. I had to have my replacement re-done due to previous issues. After the replacement being replaced, my home therapy and I decided that I needed one on one care, rather than being left on a table to" do 10 of these and 10 or those and I will be back to check on you" therapy. After research, we found Casey, and that was our or my lucky day. I even went out of my way to go to a Phoenix facility. Even my husband said go to her no matter how far, it is worth it. She gave me all of her attention, much of the time her hands were on me, not the computer or phone. I even told my doctors about Phoenix Physical Therapy and they were glad to know so that it could be passed on to future patients. Be sure to ask or tell your doctor about Phoenix.

  Casey is wonderful, really knows her stuff. I came in with an ankle issue, or so I thought. Casey was able to shed light on the anatomy of my problem which was a calf/hamstring issue. With her guidance and an exercise regime I'm on the road to recovery. Kate is a great help in the front office. Great Team, wonderful experience!
