Absolutely the BEST. I'm a "mature" person and had the old fashioned braces years ago. Without a long term retainer, my teeth all shifted back. I hated to smile. I tried Smile Direct last year and when complete, my teeth weren't even and one was extremely loose. I finally decided to see a REAL orthodontist. Drs. Hatcher and Frey are wonderful. They have the latest equipment and are on top of the latest updates. My teeth are beautiful, straight, even and I'm so very happy. They both have a wonderful chair side manner and make you feel so comfortable. And their staff is gracious and their newest location is like going into a 5 star spa! Just beautiful. They are the best.

We were on vacation when my son had an issue with his braces. The friendly staff helped us out and got him all fixed up no problem. Great place, friendly staff, highly recommend!!

I was throughly impressed with the look and feel of the waiting area. I truly felt that I just popped in to a friends house. Leah is a jewel, I truly loved my entire experience with her. Super impressed with how she went over the logistics of me becoming an season adult looking to improve my smile. Leah is definitely a asset to this office.

From my phone call to arrange appointment until I step in the door Awesome Customer Service!! Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and smiles that light up the room. Love the decor and state of the art equipment. I learn so much in my short visit . Great Team and Dr.Frey is from Pa like myself. I can’t wait for my next visit.
