My two experiences in the store due to exchanges were absolutely great due to very patient and pleasant associates, Alden and Christina. My experience at Greenbrier was rude, short and zero customer service. Definitely the outlet is my preferred store due to this fine young people working there. Maybe they need to be trainers to all new associates and definitely every associate in Greenbrier including the manager that I encountered, she was very short and rude, such a poor example to follow.

Like once a month, I come here, their clothes fit my style. A few days ago, I picked up a pair of bootcut jeans that are very cool. Good selection.

Love this store! Its clean, neat, and the clothes are fantastic. Their staff is courteous, friendly, helpful, and fun! I'm definitely going to be a regular.

Clean store with great customer service! They didn’t rush us out the store when we arrived at 8:50; in fact, they allowed my husband to try on pants at 9:00(store closing,) and didn’t say a waited! They checked us out with a smile! Thank you American Eagle!!
