  Local joint. Greeted quickly. Ordered the prime rib special and some wings since I read how great the wings were, so I wanted to try them. House salad was fresh and had great flavor. Prime rib was quite good. Asparagus was good as well. The wings were average. I feel like they either could have been fried longer or they were too fatty. Either way they not horrible yet they are not great.

  Great customer service! My drink came out exactly the way I like it. I furthermore love the cozy environment here.

  Went to starbucks at the Outlets to get my regular fix of Cold Brew. Lorenzo, the barista, politely told me and even apologized that there was no more cold brew. I could care less and just order another drink. To my surprise, he refunded my payment and gave me a free frappucino. Totally surprised and blown away by the kind gesture. He was even down for a picture. Totally awesome dude. If you need your Starbucks fix, definitely drop by the Norfolk Premium Outlets and look for Lorenzo. Amazing addition to the awesome starbucks team.
