  Great food. Excellent service. So glad they were open. We did practice social distancing and only interacted with our server. I always love eating at Orapax. Friends with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus originally told me about this place and I have loved it ever since.

  Few restaurants give me pause to rate and rave about the food. The dining experience was simply amazing. Unique and satisfying mixed drinks, appetizers that could serve as a main course, best Greek salad I've had in Norfolk, the bread is to die for, and the main dish was succulent and made for 2. Strongly recommend the baklava cheesecake to finish off the night with a smile that will last you until tomorrow. Reservations for evening dining are a must.

  Been a staple of Redgate Ave in Norfolk for decades and unlike other elder establishments, has only improved with time. I grew up in the apartment buildings near there and can remember growing up and going to Orapax for special family dinners. Now as an adult returning to this area from travel and life abroad. I was at first avoiding Orapax not wanting to diminish the memories of yore. Friends urged me to return and after an evening of delicious foods and friendly staff (who did not set themselves on fire with the cheese-teasing you Olivia) nothing said I've come back home quite like a meal at Orapax. Looking forward to new memories at Orapax with friends and new family members.

  First time visiting since the remodel and wow, the place looks great! Our server Jenny was excellent, gave us menu suggestions, checked in, etc. and the food was top notch. I had the gyro pita with lemon orzo, a small Greek salad with bread, and the lavender lemonade and I was Stuffed™ at the end. My brother ordered the gyro platter with fries and a small house salad, and the fried fish with (garlic?) rice and he barely managed to finish it all. Great decor, great service, and a great way to get my Greek fix. There's street parking and a lot around the back. Prices are $10-30pp

  On many of our visits to the Tidewater area it is always a special moment for us to come to the Orapax Inn as my wife and I had our first apartment less than a block away and use to eat here when it was a cramped hole in the wall.
  While the inside of the restaurant has changed the delicious food has not.
  We were once again treated to good waitstaff and incredible food.
  
  This place is legendary I need not say more.
