  I stayed here for 9 months with my children and husband. It was absolutely the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had! Heath the GM was always attentive to every need and detail! Drew and Brian were most caring and accommodating while working front desk! I will miss Grace at front desk! She was so wonderful to my children and I and I will miss her beautiful smile! This was most definitely a home away from home and I was so blessed to have stayed here w my family. The most excellent hotel staff you’ll ever meet! The housekeepers are also just as amazing! I’ll miss Kevin and all the kindness he shared with my family! All of you will never be forgotten and how wonderful you all were to my family❤️

  The Hyatt is beautiful, the pool area is chill, the staff are phenomenal and so very friendly. The ease of being able to use my phone as a room key was a delightful added bonus. I would've stayed much longer than our 14 nights but the hotel didn't have anymore rooms available that fit the bed for my family. However, I'm not recieving the same experiencing at the Hyatt I'm in now, so I may just settle for a smaller room just to be back where we felt at home. I only give 4 stars because the AC in our first room leaked an ocean on the floor causing us to have to change rooms and the second room had a bathroom shower door that wouldn't close and wasn't as clean as it could've been (especially when you're supposed to be doing extra cleaning for covid) but we loved every minute there regardless. Will definitely be returning

  Front desk service is amazing!
  
  Drew, front desk, saved us from the last minutes cancellation of the Colorado Springs hotel due to flooding. We arrived Denver from Houston in the afternoon and ready to drive to the Springs. They recommended a hotel for us to transferred to but all booked up. We, family of 6, needed 2-bedroom suite. We found Hyatt House and called. Drew asked us to give him an hour while we had a dinner to work things out for us and he did!
  
  We booked for 5-night but only stayed for 2-night because we got the Colorado Springs hotel back. Corina checked us out with no penalty or hassle. We could not thanks both enough for saving us all. So, we do not have to drive back and forth for activities that we booked in the Springs.
  
  The room is well-kept and cleaned. Although it is worn/outdated but it is price fairly. Breakfast is good. Plenty of parking and many restaurants and shopping, supermarket nearby.

  Slightly older remodeled hotel. Lots of food near by. The staff is extremely helpful. Drew at the front desk was the most polite, caring, and personable person I have interacted with at a hotel. He went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

  Such an amazing Garden Center. I was sad to move out of the area, because I have not found a Garden Center as wonderful as this one. Great selection, prices, and staff! Highly recommend for your gardening needs.

  This is definitely the place to go for your Christmas tree! The experience was so enjoyable this will definitely be a tradition for our family. Once we got there someone greeted us and immediately took us to all their trees and reefs! After our daughter picked the tree they cut the bottom branches and base (so it’s fresh for water) netted it and tied it to our truck!!! The only thing they didn’t do was bring it in our house and decorate it lol! A must go!
