Priority Ford

Priority saved the day! I woke up on a Saturday morning and headed out the door to a full schedule for the day only to find my tire had gone flat! I was able to get the spare on but knew I could not drive on that for long. I drove directly to Priority’s quick lane where I was greeted by Lauren who was friendly and quickly checked my vehicle in so I could get on my way to the first part of my day. Lauren’s texts to keep me posted on my vehicle progress was helpful to not distract me from celebrating a friend’s birthday. The car was ready to go after they fixed my tire, replaced my rear windshield wiper, and gave my car a full complimentary check. I was able to pay online so when I picked up my car I got my keys and was on my way to my son’s baseball practice! The whole experience was so easy my day was only delayed by the time it took me to put on the spare. I am so grateful I picked a priority vehicle and have them to help me through what could have been a day of missed activities but instead I never missed a beat!

Dropped my car off the night before for a state inspection. Received a call around 10 AM the following morning stating my vehicle was ready. Great service and prompt calls to let me know it was ready. Truly enjoy the text message to be able to pay in advance. Come by to pick up the vehicle and they have the vehicle, receipt and keys ready for me. Truly professional. Special thanks to Lauren.
