(October 17, 2018, 12:29 pm)I did not have a problem with the front desk, I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment so my dog could sniff everything out and go to the bathroom, I took the poop with me even though no one told us, I am a Veteran and I like to be prepared, hopefully, I can make it easier for the staff. Make sure to have your dogs history physically in a folder because it's a big deal here so don't F it up and get mad not being prepared yourself. Well, they looked at my dog Chase's pass allergies and they went on with what worked in the past and prescribed the medication and medicated shampoo to help with the hair loss. Everything cost me $65 out the door, anywhere else it would have been $250. Here they are not money hungry.
