“I had booked a hitch install for today that really needed to happen today. The location called me to let me know their technician was sick and couldn’t do my install as scheduled but I didn’t see the message. When I showed up they asked if they could reschedule me and when I said I needed it done he got on the phone with another local store to ask if they had a someone to do the install and if they had the parts. They could and did, but if they hadn’t had the parts he was gonna send them with me. Outstanding service even though it cost that location the job and much appreciated. Very professional.”
