If she ever gave her name when she answered the phone (like a professional) I would go out of my way to let their office manager know. Retraining is needed at the very least.”

“I can only speak for the Radiology department as that is the only place I visited at this clinic. I was looking for another way to show them appreciation for their kindness and professionalism but I couldn't find any other way to send a "comment card", so Google reviews it is! Hopefully a team member sees this. But I was seen Nov 30 2022 for my anatomy scan at 8am. I didn't know where to go and when I asked Radiology if I was at the right place, the Corpsman there was very sweet and kindly joked that it *should* be and she will check for my appointment. After scanning my ID it took 2 seconds to confirm my appointment and check in. My radiology technician (she may have been a Nurse, I'm so sorry if I'm getting the title wrong) came to get me about 10 minutes after waiting and I believe she grabbed me before my appointment actually started. So really no wait time at all! She was so kind!! And she said her name TWICE but of course I forgot it the second I walked out of the clinic. I wish I could remember their names to shout them out individually. The whole experience was wonderful. I never felt any hostility or any unprofessionalism at any point. I'm sure the grievances in the poor reviews are valid, but I have to say I just didn't experience anything negative.”

“So the reviews for this store had me concerned but my visit was quick and painless. I called a bit before 5pm to verify my prescription was ready. I was on hold for a few minutes but it wasn't too long. They said my prescription was waiting for me so I went to the store and waited about 5 seconds before one very friendly staff member helped me. The entire process took maybe 2 minutes and I was out. Happy to recommend the Pharmacy here.”
