“I live about 3 minutes from The Crystal Sunflower, and I’ve been looking for a spirituality shop close ever since I moved to town. On an off day from work, I walked into the shop for the first time and immediately felt the positive energy radiating from inside. For a small(ish) size shop, there’s a fair amount of materials to fulfill the spiritual needs of anyone, no matter where they are on their journey. Britney was so kind and helpful, she allowed me to wander around and get a feel for all the beauties on display in sweet, enjoyable silence. It was like she read my mind and anticipated my next question when she informed me that the owner makes it their mission to support local vendors and ethically source goods like herbs and crystals, which is incredibly important to me. She even tenderly wrapped my items in a cute gift bag. I spent way more money than I intended to, and even had to force myself to pay and leave to prevent myself from staying longer and spending even more. The Crystal Sunflower is one of my new favorite spots in Norfolk. I’ve been planning a return trip for more goodies ever since I left!”

When I was at her office today she told me she would be leaving Bon Secours because they did not renew her contract. I am devastated and speechless she is the most informative , personal. one on one doctor I have ever met.She shows passion in her work with all her patients and has always gone the extra mile to be sure your are fully informed and that you feel comfortable with everything that is going on. She is and will continue to be an extraordinary surgeon and an asset where ever she goes. I hope she stays local as I would like to continue to use her if the occasion should arise. He provided my doctor with all the info I discussed with him first. I really like this place and I always get in and out with no problems. It is hard work!!! However, it is worth it. The ladies in the class cheer you on and will even come back and work beside you if you're behind. You are never alone in this class. Every time I thought "I can't do this" or "I am going to give up and never come back" someone comes over and will cheer me on and motivate me, reminding me that I CAN DO THIS!! Highly recommend!!!”
