Customer service was poor and the work they did or claimed to have done made the car worse. After reading the reviews i figured I'd bring my car here. From first glance the shop didn't look like much but I got the best treatment. Customer service was great, price was above fair, and not only did Mike show me what work was done but we actually took my car for a test drive together. He'll make you feel like family and is a very honest guy. If they have a service they can't provide he'll refer you to another good shop with good rates. 5 stars.”

“From the moment I called Getem, the scheduler was exceptional; informative, listened, educated, and reassured me. She set the appointment up with Phil and explained I was in good hands. I had to call back and reschedule, which was received so graciously that I thought, "Wow, what a good company to work with." On the day of the termite inspection, Phil called an hour and a half early and said he had a cancellation and would be available early if we were. I agreed and he promptly showed up at our door as friendly and professional as you would ever want. He assured me he had been doing this work for 18 years and was going to be incredibly thorough. He was. He returned to our door only 30-40 minutes later with the result. Gladly, we do not have termites which is a HUGE sigh of relief. He did show us pictures and video of a few things we should address and promised a clear quote the same day from his office, which we did receive, as promised. He gave us his card and made some additional suggestions of their services, but did not try to "hard sell" us. He couched all the recommendations in positive terms and encouraged us to call should we have any questions, at all. Our entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Phil and the team at Getem!”

“I found the Sunset Grill on a seafood restaurant Google search and so happy I stopped in for an early Sunday dinner today. The seafood platter was exceptional and served on salad for a perfect compliment. The owner, Kathy, is a wonderful host and made me feel like I had been a long-time customer and acquaintance. The staff is awesome and the Christmas lights inside and out are very festive! Order the decadent chocolate topped dessert to go if you fill up on your entrée.
