Got there late, but great service in the end. Problem was fixed within an hour or so of arrival. Busy season so glad there could fit me in within a few days.

Installed a new a/c system for me yesterday. They worked very hard and got it 100% done in one day. I thought it would take longer. Thanks guys! Great clean job.

Had NO heat or hot water on the day before Christmas Eve! Klaus and Al showed up and stayed until almost 10pm to get me working again. They were dedicated to fix the issue and even came back on Christmas eve morning to ensure it was 100% fixed. They were a life saver. Thanks guys! Would definitely use them over and over again.

Had ductless mini split install in my breeze way by Klaus and David last week! Love it now I finally have a peaceful area to relax in year round. I will be using them again next year to upgrade some kitchen and bathroom issues. Use them great work!

Called Cinch Home Services and was able to get Klaus, David and Al to come out next day to access my poor quality heating. With winter coming quickly didn't want to get caught without heat. They patched it enough to get it semi running but then were able to get replacement covered for me. Thank goodness new one installed today and its awesome!

They did a great install for us. David & Al were professional and very polite. I felt that during COVID-19 at first I would be nervous to have the guys inside my house, but they were respectful and very careful to keep distance and wear masks the entire time. They both kept their touching of my house to a min and I was fixed up quickly. Good company practicing safety all the time.
