The cost for Both was LESS than 1/2 the price I was quoted at Folk city tatoo (they also only have certain days they do piercings) . Not to even mention they were MUCH more FRIENDLY at Blue horseshoe!!! Blue horseshoe takes walk ins and appointments. Process explained, paperwork provided, and aftercare solution provided by staff. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place and give 10 stars if I could.
