  I had a great experience at the vital records department with Ms. Sarah as she assisted me with a birth certificate and Ms. Dereka helped my husband obtain his certificate from another state. They both were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. A1 customer service from both of these ladies.

  The people in the Portsmouth Health Dept. that came in contact with were all friendly, helpful, and talked clearly and acted professionally. My telephone contacts with Shaneka were always productive, friendly, and professional. She truly is a credit to the organization and seems to sincerely help you.
  Keshira in the office and billing was a delight and very helpful. Also, Melanie was very informative and made me feel relaxed before giving me the yellow fever vaccine shot. I didn't even feel it. She is a pro. Great job. All staff has a sense of humor which I really like because I love to joke when I'm nervous. Thank you.

  Ms. Davis demonstrated exceptional customer service, strong work ethics in her probing and leadership skills in connecting with other resources that could assist her in her query. I am grateful that pertinent information as it relates to my health is now accurate in the system and Ms. Davis is credited for giving me peace of mind!

  The staff are polite, professional & prompt. Services are rendered quickly and the offices and wait area are clean. I have always been treated with respect & kindly each visit. The practitioner is personable, well versed and informative & the phlebotomist is always gentle. Portsmouth Health department has a staff they can be proud of with that team. Thank you for what you do in our community!
