  I've never had to replace my windshield before, so when I saw the crack, I had lots of questions. I tried to call another company I heard about on a commercial, and I could not get a human being on the phone or via online chat to save my life, waiting forever only for a robot to disconnect me. When I called AmeriPro, not only did a get a human being, but Brenna was so incredibly informative and helpful, she made the entire process so simple for me. She handled the insurance claim, scheduling, everything. When the Tech, Caleb, arrived (on time during the scheduling window), he was very courteous and completed the job quickly with a high standard. He knew all about the glass, where it came from and the quality, and he sure knew what he was doing. I couldn't be happier with AmeriPro, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting fast, quality service. If I could give them 10 STARS, I would!!

  Scheduling was so easy and Brenna was so very helpful getting my windshield scheduled to be replaced before I left town. The tech who installed my new windshield was very friendly and super fast. I was so impressed by their customer service and friendliness. It was a pleasure doing business with AmeriPro!

  First they were very transparent about their pricing and it didn’t change at all. The technician was on time and got the job done quick and was very polite.
  There was a whistling coming from the bottom left corner of the windshield and when I called support they immediately scheduled me an inspection. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star is just that it wasn’t completely right the first time but I would still highly recommend this place just for the transparency and service that you get and it will get done right.

  Kimberly York was excellent. From the first call she was with me in very step of the way. Very nice excellent communication all the way through. I would definitely use this company again also tell everyone to come here. Quality and service 5 Stars

  They made it easy to file the claim with the insurance company.. stayed on the line the whole time. I was scheduled quickly. The tech called giving me his ETA, he was punctual and very courteous. The job from start to finish could not have been done better! Thank you for the convenience and top notch service.

  I've been going to this place for nearly 30 years and hasn't changed a bit, especially the prices. The staff is always helpful, the place is old but it's very clean and you can borrow tools as much as you want.

  The staff were very helpful, and the lift was easy to use. Not too busy and very inexpensive.

  Military base in Portsmouth, VA. Has everything you need to at least get basic jobs completed. Have experienced technicians on hand to advise you.some of the latest equipment and tools are available. There is a fee once job is complete and your expected to clean your tools and bay.
