Had an alumiwood pergola put in recently by Liberty. The wait for the material was long (13 months). The lack of substantial updates from the office during those 13 months was a bit frustrating but to be fair our sales person did tell us up front they were short on material and it would likely be about 12 months before we got installed. The installation itself was great. We had a 3 man crew. Curtis Gio and Enrique arrived on time in the morning and quickly got set up and worked hard throughout the entire day. Appreciated that Curtis noticed some pieces were damaged and went back to the warehouse to grab new material instead of just installing the dented pieces and trying to hide it. The site was cleaned up beautifully when they were done. Very happy with the result. Oh. I must mention that they noticed a shade screen that a different liberty team installed was not tight enough so they actually adjusted that as best as they could as well. Good honest company with installers that care about their work... At least my 3 man team.

We called a few companies to give us a quote for awnings or shade coverage for our front courtyard. Liberty was our first call. Mat Berry was the sales representative that met with us. He was very nice and professional, he answered all our questions and gave us some really good options and suggestions. He was never pushy and really worked with our vision of what we liked. We received an itemized quote the very next day, which was easy to understand.
We had two more companies come out since we were shopping around. Needless to say, these other companies failed on so many levels. We contacted Matt again to let him know, we accept his quote and within a short time Matt was at our house with his samples for our new awning. It took less than four weeks for installation to begin.
The installer’s Paul and Drew were great. They were very polite and courteous and did a fantastic job.
This whole experience with Liberty Awnings And Shades was amazing from beginning to end. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Liberty installed my shades this morning and I am extremely happy! Andrew and Sarisha were friendly and so efficient with my install! My salesman, Michael Polzer helped me with 3 separate estimates and subsequent orders/install details. All went beautifully and I am thrilled with the results.

We are so very happy with our new awning. The service was terrific and we were so impressed with the professionalism of our installers - Paul, Eduardo and Cody. The scheduling department (Carlos in particular) were all so efficient and courteous and helped us with any questions we had. We love the shade that our new awning provides over our back deck. My husband and I love our new sunscreen! It’s keeping our patio shaded very well and it looks really nice! The process to get this sunscreen, from consultation to installation was easy and fast (about two weeks). Every person we dealt with, including the installers Walter and Mike, were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
