“First I have to say I loveDr Hollis and the Nurses are great, very helpful and friendly. I cannot say that about the receptionists. It is extremely hard to get an appointment because they don't answer the phone. Why because their # out of service? fax disconnected? # busy on multiple occasions when trying to schedule, reception answers and places you on hold for over 20 min. When I finally got thru they wanted my ins to fax the referral before they would allow me to make an appointment. My ins has faxed my documents to them multiple times, they say they have never received it. Ins stated the Fax log shows it was delivered. They said no faxed document no appointment, even though I told them I had a copy of the document. I am absolutely disappointed in them because the Dr is wonderful too bad the office staff are running away business. I agree with →Problem lay just below the surface and organizations reflect quality in the way they operate. Dr Hollis office seems to have poor quality at customer service because I think they leave the phone off the hook, when I visit the phone never rings.”
