  First time visit! I hit a deer and it damaged the hood, headlight, grill and side panel. I dropped my car off after hours so left my keys in the drop box. 2.5 weeks later, I picked up my car. When I say my car looked amazing, it looked brand new. You would have never known their had been any damage at all. They detailed the inside and its the best it's ever looked since the day I bought it a year ago. The staff was very professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and didn't rush our conversation. They now have a customer for life. Thank you County Line Collision. You guys rock 😃

  I could not have been happier with the service and attention. I was impressed by Bubba's quick follow up with the insurance company and he kept me up to date on what was going on during the whole process. The repair was beautifully done. His attention to detail and knowledge of BMW's make him a wonderful resource. His advice on the insurance companies involved saved me a lot of heartache. Very highly recommend.

  County Line was recommended to me for collision work related to my girlfriend's 2019 Miata that was run off the road. I always seek to use independent collision shops to avoid the nickel and diming by insurance companies. Their work is typically better and they don't cut corners with parts and craftmanship. County Line proved to be no exception to this. Bubba and his team were extremely patient while I did battle with State Farm to have the car fixed. It sat, stored in the County Line facility, for weeks while Bubba, the shop owner, and I coordinated with a less-than-willing insurance company. Bubba was patient, thoughtful and a great resource in assisting me with the claim process. Once the actual repairs were underway, the shop was proactive and communicative about any COVID-related parts delays and general timelines for completion. While the timelines were protracted due to the pandemic, my girlfriend and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The quality of the body and paintwork was excellent. I dare say the car was returned to us looking better than it did before the accident. Bubba and his team even went as far as to take care of some unrelated blemishes on the car to return it to top-notch form. I'd give these guys 6 stars if it were an option.

  I've personally used Bubba and the guys on my own cars and customer cars too. The communication is great and the quality of work is even better.

  Bubba and the team at County Line are simply top notch. My 98 Roadster had a ton of little rock chips in the hood and bumper. After taking it to these guys, well it simply looks brand new. They communicate great, and deliver on time. More than anything you can tell that these guys really take pride in the work they do - doing the little extra things because it just needs to be done right - highly recommend.
