Progressive Auto Works

Moved to Powhatan several months ago. Needed a nearby car repair place. Found Progressive. Used them several times now. They did quality work and even gave me a loaner car for the day.

Thorough and persistent diagnostics was performed and they did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, and delivered excellent service in fixing the issue. Going back here again as they earned my business. Thanks guys!

My son took his new to him vehicle to Progressive for a repair and inspection. Eddie told him that he basically bought a piece of ***, but in a nice way. Fast forward, my son gets his money back from the dealer and buys another vehicle. This time, my son is smart enough to get Eddie to look at the vehicle. Eddie knew what a terrible time my son had before and actually took the time to inspect the vehicle with my son to show him what he looks for in a car. Eddie said my son's new car was a winner and didn't even charge him. Eddie renewed my son's faith after dealing with such a dishonest dealer before. Thank you Eddie!

My Mitsubishi wouldn’t start off and on. Dropped it off to Progressive and they did a diagnostic and accurately assessed the problem to be the battery terminals. Changed them and like always, I’m back on the road! Also, passed inspection - no problems. Thanks Progressive!
